Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide primary-care services according to Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols, aligned with standards of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine for long-term care facilities. Quality/Compliance:
Review and sign MARs, sign all orders specific to Primary Care within 24 hours, manage lab reviews, narcotic prescriptions, and provide administrative support during visits. Perform on-call triage duties as per protocol, adhering to the latest schedule and policies. Complete documentation and billing, providing copies within 48 hours for medical records. Maintain open communication with facility staff and adhere to all policies, legal, and ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance. Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests. Qualifications/Education:
Master's degree in Nursing with a valid state license, or Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and state licensure. About Eventus WholeHealth:
