Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide primary-care services according to site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine in long-term care facilities. Quality/Compliance: Review and sign MARs, orders, and documentation within specified timeframes; manage lab reviews, narcotic prescriptions, and administrative duties. Complete documentation and billing records promptly, providing copies to the facility. Maintain open communication with facility staff and meet regularly with administrators or care coordinators. Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including HIPAA confidentiality. Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests. Qualifications/Education: Masters degree in Nursing with a valid state license, or Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and licensure in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatry specialization is preferred.
