Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide primary-care services in accordance with site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine related to long-term care facilities. Quality/Compliance:
Review and sign MARs, all orders related to primary care, and manage lab reviews within 24 hours. Handle narcotic prescriptions as per policy and provide adequate administrative time during visits. Complete documentation, submit billing records per policies, and provide facility with copies of documentation within 48 hours. Maintain open communication with facility staff, provide instructions and feedback, and meet with facility administrators daily. Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA compliance. Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests.
Qualifications/Education:
Master's degree in Nursing with a valid state license or Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program, passing the national certification, and licensure in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatry specialization is preferred.
