Western Washington University is seeking an Assistant Resident Director to support the management of a residential community of 550-700 students. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion, and the ability to create an inclusive residence hall community.
Position Responsibilities
The Assistant Resident Director will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of all aspects of student life in a residential living environment, providing conduct adjudication and hall council advisement, and co-supervising and providing training for student staff. The position will also participate in departmental committees and manage tracking and evaluation of the residential curriculum. Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion At least two years of experience working in a higher education setting Demonstrated ability to plan and implement large-scale events, processes, or initiatives Preferred Qualifications
