Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networks, supporting various networking tasks. Work in a rotating shift pattern: 3 months on night shift, 9 months off night shift. Respond to Tier III escalations for customer issues and provide proactive support. Involved in planning and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient performance. Required Skills & Experience

Aptitude for learning new things quickly and logical problem-solving skills. Moderate to advanced networking experience, including Layer 2/3 networking. Familiarity with OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and other networking protocols. Experience with Mikrotik RouterOS, VMware, or Proxmox is a plus. Benefits
