Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and maintaining in-stock inventory levels. Manages budgeting, forecasting sales, and assessing economic trends and community needs. Models, enforces, and provides guidance to Associates on proper Customer/Member service techniques to ensure needs, complaints, and issues are resolved within company standards. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as good community members. Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, and overseeing quality assurance. Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Ensures the provision of quality eyewear by consulting with Members/Customers, educating them, and assisting in product selection based on their needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, executing company programs, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring a workplace of belonging and respect. Acts with integrity, delivers results focused on customer satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement through innovation and learning.
