Zero Emissions, Sustainable Transportation and/or Alternate Fuel Vehicle Experience Transportation and Logistics Industry Experience – Class 8 Vehicles, Maintenance, Design Data Analytics/Storytelling and dashboard creation experience (Power BI/Tableau) Interest in unleashing the power of AI to accelerate business impact Fleet regulatory compliance experience Program/Project management experience Experience with Overall Equipment Efficiency, Total Productive Maintenance or Total Cost of Ownership Manufacturing Industry Experience – Operational leadership and root cause analysis Lean and Six Sigma Experience – data driven, value stream analysis and improvement Are passionate about continuous improvement, operational excellence and zero loss What you’ll bring
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively – confidence, credibility, and concise, organized thoughts The ability to partner and collaborate while establishing credibility, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively and efficiently Demonstratable business acumen and ownership of project activity Defining vision and strategies for alternate fuel vehicle technologies using internal and external requirements, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives Leading in design and development of progressing alternate fuel vehicle technologies Establishing, influencing, and managing high-visibility key supplier relationships Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
