Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Growth: Drive direct sales and business development for Enterprise SSD Controller and SSD product lines.

Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including Hyperscalers, Enterprise customers and SSD/NAND Flash manufacturing partners in North America, with occasional engagement in Asia and Europe.

Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to customer engineering and procurement teams, ensuring requirements and qualifications are clearly understood and met.

Sales Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of go‑to‑market and customer acquisition strategies in alignment with corporate goals.

Forecasting & Pipeline: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, providing regular updates on both SSD and controller opportunities.

Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Contract & Pricing Support: Participate in commercial negotiations, supporting volume pricing and agreement processes under senior leadership guidance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to represent customer needs and ensure smooth project execution.

Industry Engagement: Represent at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen visibility and relationships.

Qualifications & Experience Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience

8+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise SSD/Controller, or NAND‑related fields, specializing in sales, product marketing or business development.
