As a key member of our team, you will forge strategic client relationships across global markets, facilitate collaboration between cross‑functional teams, and pioneer innovative solutions tailored to evolving client needs.
The successful candidate will utilize their comprehensive understanding of the BPO services market to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, responsible for new business development and acquisition of logos/ business opportunities. You will manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close, developing relationships with key buyers and decision makers, and ensuring business growth by directing and managing business development activities in accordance with the organization strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and sustain long‑term strategic partnerships with client stakeholders through regular interaction, trust‑building, and by delivering value‑driven solutions tailored to client‑specific challenges.
Collaborate effectively with internal delivery teams to align client expectations with operational deliverables, ensuring superior service quality and client satisfaction.
Lead the generation and management of a robust pipeline of potential clients and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, employing strategic networking and comprehensive market analysis techniques.
Conduct detailed market and competitive landscape analyses to inform customized proposals and presentations to senior leaders and C‑suite executives, articulating how Wipro’s BPS offerings can drive efficiency and innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements within the BPS sector to proactively integrate emerging solutions into client engagements, reinforcing Wipro’s position as a market leader.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
A minimum of 15 years of hands‑on experience in the BPO and BPS industry, with exposure spanning critical operational domains such as trust and safety, e‑commerce processes, finance and accounting, supply chain management, procurement, human resources, and contact center management.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain influential networks with senior decision‑makers, fostering collaborative partnerships that support business growth and client retention.
Comprehensive understanding of outsourcing business models and client management strategies, with proven success in negotiating and closing complex business deals.
Exemplary leadership and motivational skills, capable of inspiring delivery teams and cross‑functional collaborators to achieve and exceed targeted results in fast‑paced environments.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, adept at identifying market opportunities, anticipating client needs, and proposing solutions aligned with business priorities.
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications pertinent to business development or outsourcing would be advantageous.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
