Key Responsibilities Market Operations Oversight
Oversee daily operational functions across all Arizona sites, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high performance.
Ensure systems, workflows, and staffing models are functioning effectively to support service delivery and growth.
Partner with site leaders to identify operational challenges and implement timely resolutions.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and process improvement.
Lead regional readiness for new program rollouts, technology integrations, or workflow enhancements.
Systems Management & Optimization
Ensure that scheduling, EHR, billing, and reporting systems are optimized and functioning smoothly across all locations.
Partner with IT, Data, and Revenue Cycle teams to troubleshoot and streamline system workflows.
Track operational KPIs (e.g., productivity, timeliness, utilization) and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Budget & Resource Management
Develop and manage the Arizona market operational budget, aligning spending with strategic goals.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and support administrative staff across all sites.
Establish performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching and accountability.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all Arizona sites.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards.
Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
Performance & Quality Management
Analyze operational data to evaluate efficiency, client access, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Quality and Risk Management teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.
Support clinical and administrative departments in meeting organizational performance benchmarks.
Risk & Safety Oversight
Identify potential operational risks and implement preventive strategies.
Maintain safe and compliant work environments across all facilities.
Work Environment
Primarily based in the Arizona region with hybrid flexibility.
Regular site visits required to ensure operational alignment and leadership presence.
Occasional travel for organizational meetings, trainings, or cross‑market initiatives.
Requirements Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
Minimum 5 years in operations leadership, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple sites, and drive performance outcomes.
Analytical Skills
Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with EHR, scheduling, and operational management systems.
