What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate the methodological design and refinement during the inception phase of the evaluation
Oversee data collection and analysis, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
Coordinate team inputs and manage timelines for project deliverables
Contribute to participatory approaches, including sensemaking and co-creation workshops
Draft and finalize key evaluation deliverables, including reports and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Advanced University Degree (Masters) in Evaluation, social sciences, organizational studies, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex evaluations in international organizations
Expertise in mixed-methods and theory-based approaches, integrating gender-equality, equity, and inclusion considerations
Strong facilitation skills for participatory evaluation processes
Excellent writing, synthesis, and communication skills, with fluency in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) norms and standards for evaluation
Experience with UNICEF or other multilateral organizations
Knowledge of additional UN languages
