The Director GSM – High Risk PCI & STEMI will manage strategic planning and pipeline project activities to achieve the business plan and accelerate future growth of the Heart Recovery business. The role will align and execute clear, actionable global marketing, society engagement, and professional education strategies in support of the overall platform strategy. Responsibilities

Achieve annual business plan targets while maintaining long‑term growth through strategic marketing planning and execution, including new product introduction, portfolio management, brand management, KOL engagement, and pricing. Reinforce marketing organization capability, efficacy, and efficiency through people development, organization management, and operational leadership. Partner with business functions (regional marketing, R&D, quality, regulatory, operations, HEMA) to execute the innovation pipeline and deliver innovation‑based growth. Develop and manage a comprehensive product portfolio roadmap addressing global unmet needs and growth opportunities through VOC, VOB, and VOF. Inform commercial strategy by executing a holistic learning plan to aid in segmentation, targeting, value proposition, product positioning, branding, messaging, claims, pricing, campaign concepts, and sales effectiveness. Establish new strategic marketing and branding competencies, defining the global brand identity, positioning, messaging, and core creative; ensuring consistent execution across regions. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic society engagement and professional education plan aligned with organizational strategy. Develop close relationships with global key customers (interventional cardiologists, heart failure doctors, cardiac surgeons, critical care) to gain insights, cultivate relationships, and strengthen strategies. Maintain global market forecast by area/country and market segment; partner with global operations to ensure supply continuity with forecast accuracy of ±5%. Manage budget within constraints and measure effectiveness of initiatives relative to business objectives. Qualifications

10+ years of global marketing and/or product management experience in medical devices or technology, holding progressive strategy roles. 7+ years leading global product launches, including market landscape definition, competitive positioning, value proposition, messaging, core creative, market access/reimbursement strategy. Experience collaborating across R&D, product management, sales, education, finance, and other core teams. Demonstrated leadership across functional and geographic boundaries, spanning multiple countries/markets. Success in managing resources and investments to maximize impact, leading teams to strong business recommendations based on data‑driven frameworks. Experience applying digital trends and emerging technology to drive new strategies and innovation. Analytical and strategic thinker, combining data and intuition in planning. Comfort with ambiguity; ability to own problems and exercise judgment. Experience in the end‑to‑end value chain, including P&L management. Cardiology (Heart Recovery) experience preferred. Motivator with a track record of execution and integrity. Track record of talent development and leadership pipeline building. Up to 50% global travel required. Benefits & Compensation

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus and may participate in the long‑term incentive program.
