Field Account Manager — Home Comfort Systems (HVAC)
Join RYCOR Heating & Cooling to grow as the face of our new Greenville, SC market. As the field account manager, you’ll guide homeowners through smarter heating and cooling decisions—measuring spaces, running BTU load calculations, designing equipment layouts—and turn tailored proposals into closed deals. Your work ensures seamless handoffs to our operations team and delighted customers who love their new systems. Base pay range:
$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr Additional compensation includes performance incentives. Responsibilities
Host engaging, consultative presentations and on‑site product demonstrations. Conduct in‑home or on‑premise appointments; capture measurements and photos to inform design. Diagnose comfort needs and recommend right‑sized heat pump solutions. Negotiate agreements and consistently meet revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth installation and top‑tier service. Analyze local trends and competitor offerings to unlock growth. Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports. Represent RYCOR at trade shows and local events. Qualifications
Proven background in sales or account management; in‑home B2C experience preferred. Clear, confident communicator who builds rapport with ease. Skilled closer with strong negotiation abilities. Driven, self‑directed, and consistently ahead of quota. Comfortable working independently and cross‑functionally. Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Competencies
Customer Service excellence Accurate Measuring & Quoting Heating and Air Conditioning fundamentals B2C sales acumen Outside Sales experience BTU calculations and equipment design layouts Benefits
