We’re expanding across the Southeast and launching our new Charlotte, NC location—where you will lead local sales efforts. Challenges you’ll tackle
Guide homeowners and small businesses through on-site, face-to-face consultations. Perform precise measurements, capture photos, and produce design plans for proper heating and cooling. Run load/BTU calculations and translate findings into clear solution options. Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect needs to outcomes. Negotiate contracts and close to target, consistently. Coordinate handoffs with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and delighted clients. Watch market signals and competitors to uncover growth opportunities. Report on pipeline health and provide forecasts and insights to leadership. Network at industry events and trade shows to expand your reach. Who thrives here
