What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Cultivate and secure new lines of business within net-new accounts focusing on Adobe's Digital Experience solutions

Recruit, coach, mentor, manage, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

Collaborate across the business to develop go-to-market strategies for software and services

Manage relationships at the C-Level, driving strategic digital transformation initiatives

Ensure smooth operations within the Sales department, including accurate pipeline reporting and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space

10+ years of overall experience in software selling, ideally with a mix of software and services

Experience selling to C-Level executives such as CIO, CDO, and CMO

Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and influencing capabilities

BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of large, complex sales models and experience selling emerging technologies

Experience building client acquisition go-to-market strategies with knowledge of acquisition tools and processes
