What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Cultivate and secure new lines of business within net‑new accounts, focusing on the employer's Digital Experience solutions

Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets

Collaborate across business units to develop go‑to‑market strategies for software and services

Manage a consultative sales process and maintain relationships at the C‑Level

Ensure smooth Sales department operations, including accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

5‑10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space

10+ years overall experience in software selling required

Experience selling to C‑level executives such as CIO, CDO, and CMO

Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and influencing skills

BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in building client acquisition go‑to‑market strategies with knowledge of acquisition tools and processes

Prior experience selling emerging technologies and knowledge of complex sales models
