What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Cultivate and secure new lines of business within net-new accounts, focusing on the employer's Digital Experience solution set

Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage a diverse world-class team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets

Collaborate across the business to develop go-to-market strategies for software and services

Own and manage relationships at the C-Level, driving strategic digital transformation motions

Ensure that Sales department operations function smoothly, including accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):

5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space

10+ years of overall experience in software selling is required

Experience selling to C-level executives such as CIO, CDO, and CMO

Strong presentation skills and executive presence

BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience selling emerging technologies and knowledge of large, complex sales models

Ability to create and develop a highly motivated, success-oriented sales team

Demonstrated knowledge of client acquisition strategies and processes
