Collaborate with operations and matrix partners to enhance understanding of sales needs and market conditions
Be accountable for achieving assigned supplemental health sales goals and persistency bonuses
Participate in internal calls and share market feedback to inform underwriting and pricing strategies
Attend finalist meetings and conduct seminars to promote product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of delivering business results
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with executive presence

Experience in a heavily matrixed environment
Ability to foster collaboration and gain support for organizational proposals
History of effective territory management and executing market-level strategies
