The Sales Representative is a key position on the TeamLogic IT Portland team, supporting our objective of growing market penetration and customer base. The role involves generating revenue by managing the sales pipeline, generating leads, conducting discovery and proposal meetings, and exceeding sales quotas. Compensation includes a competitive salary, benefits, and a commission structure with no cap on sales closed. Responsibilities:

Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses using lead generation methodologies. Follow up promptly on marketing inquiries and qualify potential clients. Research target SMBs and develop prospecting lists. Document all activities in the CRM system. Manage the sales pipeline effectively to maximize results. Conduct outbound call campaigns targeting specific verticals and events to build a pipeline. Support channel sales efforts as needed. Research organizations online to find appropriate contacts. Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:

Previous B2B sales experience; small business experience is a plus. Proven success in meeting sales quotas. Strong prospecting, tele-qualifying, and marketing skills; creative outreach abilities. Maintain CRM data accurately and share best practices. Manage your schedule and pipeline proactively. Handle inbound calls and leads, qualifying potential business. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business skills. Ability to deliver results and conduct extensive cold calling. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Creative tactics to reach decision-makers. Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic setting.
