The Sales Representative is a key position on the TeamLogic IT Portland team and supports our corporate objective of growing market penetration and customers. The Sales Representative will generate revenue by managing the sales pipeline, generating leads, conducting discovery and proposal meetings resulting in meeting/exceeding the sales quota. The job offers competitive compensation and benefits, with a commission structure with no cap on sales closed. Responsibilities:

Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologies. Follow up promptly with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services. Research and gather information about target SMBs and develop prospecting lists. Document all activities and interactions in the CRM tool. Manage sales pipeline efficiently to maximize results. Create and perform outbound call campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets to build a pipeline. Support direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed. Conduct web research and navigate organizations to find appropriate contacts. Knowledge, Skills, & Requirements:

Previous B2B sales experience; small business sector experience is a plus. Proven track record of quota attainment. Strong tele-qualifying, prospecting, and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision-makers, handle objections professionally. Maintain CRM data, share best practices, improve processes, and provide clear reports to management. Proactively manage schedule and pipeline to meet milestones and objectives. Handle inbound calls and leads, qualifying for business potential. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Creative tactics to reach executive management. Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment. Flexible work from home options available.
