Key Responsibilities
Lead high‑impact engagements that drive both cost optimization and top‑line growth across complex transactions and corporate transformations.
Work with C‑suite executives, private equity clients, and corporate leadership to identify, plan, and execute technology‑driven strategies that optimize IT and operational costs while accelerating revenue and digital innovation during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve‑outs, and non‑transactional transformations.
Blend deep IT expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable value through cost transformation, digital enablement, operational efficiency, and tech‑enabled growth initiatives.
Advising senior stakeholders, collaborating across functions, and applying emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics) to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
Experience in management consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory.
Proven experience in cost optimization (e.g., digital transformation, IT synergy planning, post‑merger integration or carve‑out execution) and tech‑driven growth initiatives (e.g., digital product implementation, technology scaling).
Ability to drive transformation across multiple levers, from infrastructure optimization and application rationalization to sourcing and governance, with measurable outcomes.
Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights; balanced cost efficiency with innovative tech‑driven growth strategies.
Comprehensive understanding of IT cost structures – including TCO, shared services, outsourcing, and digital transformation levers – and ability to convert technology opportunities into dollar impact.
Familiarity with digital product development, customer‑facing technologies, and data analytics.
Expertise in a minimum of 4 of the following IT skillsets:
IT cost reduction and optimization
IT operating model transformation
Cloud strategy and migration
IT service management and Transition Service Agreement (TSA) development
Business process redesign and tech‑enabled business transformation including new capability roll‑outs such as CRM, ERP and HCM
Digital enablement (e.g., automation, advanced analytics)
Data & Business Intelligence strategy (e.g., building analytics capabilities, BI tools deployment for insights)
AI implementation (e.g., AI/ML solutions for business, process automation, AI strategy development)
IT outsourcing/offshoring and vendor management
Digital product or platform launch (supporting new product roll‑outs or digital channels)
Experience in merger & acquisition contexts – e.g., IT due diligence, IT separation or integration projects, or identifying technology synergies in deals.
Leadership & Soft Skills – proven ability to lead teams, advise senior executives, and influence decision‑makers.
Residency or commutable distance to the office location for this position.
Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
Ideal Additional Qualifications
An MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Additional certifications (e.g., Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP/CISA, cloud certifications) demonstrating rigorous training in managing technology projects and teams.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, or advanced data analytics in a business context.
Knowledge of leveraging firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
Industry sector knowledge, especially in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.
Established networking skills and a presence in the industry (e.g., speaking at conferences, publishing thought leadership).

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits; base salary range $205,000‑$235,000 in the US. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.
