As a Director in the Strategy & Execution – Deal Technology practice focusing on Enterprise Reimagined, you will lead high‑impact engagements that drive both cost optimisation and top‑line growth across complex transactions and corporate transformations. You will partner with C‑suite executives, private equity clients and corporate leadership to design, plan and execute technology‑driven strategies that optimise IT and operational costs while accelerating revenue and digital innovation during M&A, divestitures, carve‑outs, and non‑transactional transformation settings.
Key responsibilities • Lead value‑creation technology projects that span cost optimisation and growth enablement. • Advise senior stakeholders, collaborate cross‑functionally, and apply emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics) to deliver measurable business impact. • Balance efficiency with innovation, ensuring both operational effectiveness and revenue‑growth opportunities for clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Engineering/Computer Science or related field and 5 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in management consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory.
Proven experience in cost optimisation (e.g., IT synergy planning, post‑merger integration) and in tech‑driven growth initiatives (e.g., new digital product implementation, scaling technology).
Demonstrated ability to drive transformation across infrastructure, applications, sourcing, and governance levers with measurable outcomes.
Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into actionable insights; balance cost efficiency with innovative growth strategies.
In‑depth understanding of IT cost structures – TCO, shared services, outsourcing, digital transformation levers, and ability to convert opportunities into dollar impact.
Familiarity with digital product development, customer‑facing technologies, and data analytics to advise growth strategy.
Expertise in at least four of the following IT skillsets:
IT cost reduction & optimisation
Cloud strategy & migration
IT service management & transition service agreements
Business process redesign & tech‑enabled transformation (CRM, ERP, HCM)
Digital enablement (automation, advanced analytics)
Data & Business Intelligence strategy
AI implementation (AI/ML solutions, process automation, AI strategy)
IT outsourcing/offshoring & vendor management
Digital product or platform launch support
Experience in M&A contexts – IT due diligence, separation, integration, and value‑realisation.
Leadership & Soft Skills – lead teams, influence senior executives, deliver initiatives to completion.
Residence within commutable distance to the office location.
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when required.
Ideally, you will have
An MBA or other advanced degree reflecting the strategic nature of the role.
Advanced technical credentials (e.g., Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP/CISA, cloud certifications).
Exposure to modern technology trends such as AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), IoT, or advanced data analytics.
Experience leveraging firm‑approved AI tools in business contexts.
Industry sector knowledge (finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
Established networking and thought‑leadership presence (conferences, publications).
