Manager, Automation Engineering - Grocery Supply Chain

About the Role
Join our Grocery Supply Chain team as we transform legacy supply chain operations and drive standardization across our network. In this role, you’ll leverage data analysis, process mapping, and time studies to optimize both legacy buildings and new operations, including Spark Store initiatives. You’ll balance power equipment fleets, standardize support operations, and use advanced analytics to influence strategic decisions at multiple leadership levels.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret moderately complex data sets using tools to develop actionable insights and influence strategic work.
Design and document process flows, conduct time studies, and standardize operations across legacy and new supply chain facilities.
Identify, implement, and drive technology and automation changes within the supply chain.
Support business case development, project planning, and delivery of assigned tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Update and interpret CAD drawings, troubleshoot control systems, and support mechatronics initiatives.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to identify and implement efficiency opportunities.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area.
