Job Description We’re a national wireless preferred retailer with 200+ retail stores across the U.S. Since ‘93, we’ve been providing superior service and quality wireless products featuring the latest in technology. As a recognized leader in the wireless retail industry, we consistently deliver the solutions and service our customers demand. We are looking for a Retail Associate Manager to bring the brand to life.
Build proficiency in customer service and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Help customers finish their shopping journey online, through customer care or in-store.
Provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology and guide customers through their purchasing experience.
Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans.
Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and system troubleshooting.
Complete training on in‑store experience, systems, and customer service processes.
Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify small‑business leads, and collaborate effectively.
Ideal Candidate
Leadership qualities and competitive drive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Strong communication skills with team and customers.
Experience in wireless sales.
Ability to manage operations, finance and performance.
Willingness to lead your team and resolve issues.
