As our State Manager, you will be the driving force behind our distributor relationships and the catalyst for our product sales in the market. This is your chance to work closely with our distributor partners, conducting market visits and forging strong connections with key accounts. We are looking for a charismatic leader with a knack for sales, a talent for motivating others, and a proactive approach to navigating the market landscape. Key Responsibilities
Manage and support distributor partners to ensure sales targets are met. Foster positive relationships with distributors and key accounts in the market. Conduct market visits and participate in ride-alongs with distributor representatives. Organize and conduct product demonstrations in key accounts to enhance sales and brand awareness. Identify and build relationships with top accounts to strengthen distributor partnerships. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Provide training, guidance, and support to distributor partners as needed. Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older. 2-5 years of sales and/or management experience in related industries. Proven track record of success. Cannabis and/or beverage alcohol experience is a plus. Highly sociable with an outgoing personality and strong sales skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience creating impactful presentations and working with spreadsheets. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned state. This is a remote position.
