My client, a leading law firm fighting for victims of sexual abuse, is looking to add an Associate and Lead Attorney to their team Prefer experience with sexual abuse cases but are open to plaintiff PI backgrounds with an interest in fighting for abuse victims Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings and motions Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery Take and defend depositions Appear and argue in court Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations Who You Are: Excited to practice and grow your career Possess outstanding legal research, writing, and analytical abilities Have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn Why Join Us?
