What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking deliverables and milestones
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a technology organization
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
Experience in the insurance or financial industry
Familiarity with Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management tools, such as Planview Portfolios and SmartSheet
