What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, document, and track risks and issues, providing recommendations for future improvements
Utilize best practices and tools for project execution while seeking opportunities for process enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe)
Experience within the Insurance or Financial Industry
Proficiency in MS Office Products, including Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools like Planview Portfolios and Smart Sheet
