What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking project progress
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project life cycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processesExperience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE)
Experience in the Insurance or Financial Industry
Familiarity with Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management tools, such as Planview Portfolios and Smart Sheet
Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
