Senior Paralegal, Corporate & Securities

This position is a senior paralegal with advanced legal knowledge, superior organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage complex and high‑stakes matters. You will act as a liaison between legal counsel, clients, and outside vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and exemplary service delivery. Essential Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and management of complex cases, including high-volume litigation and corporate transactions. Provide strategic input during case planning, research, and pre-trial preparations. Draft, review, and manage critical legal documents with minimal legal counsel oversight. Oversee and coordinate discovery processes, including document production and e‑discovery management. Train, mentor, and review work of junior paralegals and support staff. Maintain direct client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring superior service quality. Expected Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required. Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications
Assist with Diligent entities database access requests, maintenance and updates. Prepare and send requests for execution of consents, POAs and other documents via e‑signature portals (DocuSign, Boardvantage). Respond to due diligence requests from business partners and regulators re: PayPal and affiliate entity corporate information. Assist with procuring and renewing U.S. state business licenses. Submit invoices / agreements to contract system. Coordinate unclaimed property claims with outside vendor. Ad hoc research and special projects – assumed names, etc. Collate and distribute org chart changes. Assist with SEC Section 16 filings for directors and officers. Benefits
