What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress throughout the project life cycle
Identify, document, and track risks and issues while conducting project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
Utilize best practices and tools for project execution while seeking improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in project management at varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Hands‑on experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE certifications
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Insurance or Financial Industry experience
