We are seeking an Audit & Reporting Operations Manager with bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English. This role combines financial reporting, audit oversight, and operational support. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and direct responsibility for compliance and reporting excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Reporting & Disclosure : Prepare and manage SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, Proxy), including financial statements, MD&A, stock/equity disclosures, subsequent events, and risk factors. Coordinate with accounting, legal, and audit teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Lead tie-out and reconciliation between the general ledger, financial statements, and disclosure sections. Manage version control, comment tracking, and supporting documentation.
Accounting & Audit Oversight : Oversee bookkeeping and accounting processes to ensure audit readiness and accuracy. Supervise month-end close, revenue recognition, journal entries, deferred revenue, accruals, and reconciliations. Serve as the primary audit liaison, handling PBC requests and issue resolution. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Financial Operations Support : Provide data-driven recommendations on product pricing and cost optimization to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in public company reporting, audit coordination, or financial operations.
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting cycles (10-K, 10-Q, S-1).
Strong Excel and reporting documentation skills; able to produce clear, audit-ready documentation.
Excellent communication skills; capable of translating financial data into business insights.
