IT Analyst The IT Analyst is an entry‑level professional role responsible for delivering technology support, implementing solutions, and assisting with daily IT operations across assigned office locations. This position plays an important part in supporting technology used in meetings and events, addressing service requests, and contributing to broader IT initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and service quality.

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for employees requiring technical support, ensuring timely assistance with both hardware and software issues.

Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting, escalating more complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

Support technology needs for meetings and events, including video conferencing, presentations, and client‑facing sessions.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and deliver seamless technology support for scheduled events.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and applications in alignment with departmental standards.

Ensure accurate tracking, escalation, and resolution of IT service requests using the organization’s ticketing system.

Maintain computer and printer availability at the office level and assist with asset inventory accuracy.

Support mobile devices and remote access technologies, promoting best practices for secure connectivity.

Assist with planned or unplanned service interruptions, coordinating with relevant IT teams to minimize disruption.

Promote adherence to data security and information protection policies.

Contribute to IT projects, deployments, and user training initiatives.

Be available for occasional after‑hours work or light travel when required.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including installation and configuration.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and related applications.

Experience with service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).

Familiarity with remote access technologies such as Citrix and VPN solutions.

Solid understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS and iPadOS.

Knowledge of network concepts, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Exposure to document management systems (e.g., iManage or equivalent).

Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.

Awareness of data security standards and best practices.

Organizational and project coordination abilities.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years providing IT support across hardware, software, and networking.

3+ years supporting local and wide area network environments.

Hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop operating systems.

Prior experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience a plus).
