Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Demand Generation:
Build and execute account-based campaigns in Groove to drive outbound leads and qualify prospects. Create prospecting playbooks and ensure seamless lead handoff to sales.
Sales Operations:
Optimize lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting. Automate workflows across the GTM stack to improve efficiency and data flow.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs (conversion, velocity, quota). Own forecasting models and maintain CRM data accuracy.
Tech Stack Management:
Manage Salesforce, Clari, Groove, LeanData, and ZoomInfo integrations. Evaluate and implement tools to enhance RevOps performance.
Cross-Functional Strategy:
Develop lead scoring and account prioritization frameworks. Partner with Finance and Leadership on strategy, insights, and revenue planning.
Requirements
4+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations, ideally in FinTech or Financial Services.
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Strong experience with Salesforce, automation tools, and GTM platforms.
Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and process design.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker) a plus.
Proven ability to identify and implement efficiency-driven technology solutions.
