What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives, fostering accountability and collaboration
Drive consistent quota achievement by refining the sales process and maximizing team potential
Provide clear visibility into pipeline and team performance, ensuring accurate forecasting
Conduct weekly performance reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions to support team development
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales playbooks and implement new growth initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS solutions or selling to medical practices
At least 2 years of experience leading an Account Executive team with measurable success
Proven track record of exceeding quotas both individually and as a team
Strong understanding of the sales process and familiarity with various methodologies
Proficiency with Salesforce is required; familiarity with Outreach is preferred

Knowledge of medical practice operations
Experience in an outbound, high-velocity sales environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize performance metrics
Exceptional communication skills to inspire trust and action
