What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives to foster accountability and growth

Drive consistent quota achievement by refining the sales process and unlocking team potential

Maintain clear visibility into pipeline and team performance, ensuring accurate forecasting

Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to support team development What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS solutions or selling to medical practices

2+ years of experience leading an Account Executive team with proven success

Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas individually and as a team

Strong understanding of the sales process and familiarity with various sales methodologies

Proficiency with Salesforce is required; familiarity with Outreach is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Knowledge of medical practice operations

Experience in a high-velocity outbound sales environment

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
