Executive Assistant
Are you an organized, resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO – both professionally and personally – and play a key role in ensuring our office operations smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support
- Manage professional and personal calendars and email for the CEO and COO.
- Coordinate all business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and ground transportation.
- Handle business and personal reservations, appointments, home services, and occasional errands.
- Provide proactive support with reminders, follow-ups, and schedule optimization.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executives and other staff members, external clients, and business partners.
- Use discretion and confidentiality when dealing with personal and private information.
- Responsible for a wide range of other administrative tasks including, but not limited to, preparing reports and presentations, managing files, and handling expense reports.
- Provide and maintain a quality of work that exceeds SLM’s expectations.
- Occasional off‑hours availability may be needed for travel or time-sensitive tasks.
Office and Administrative Management
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related needs and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the office is stocked, tidy, and running efficiently.
- Coordinate SLM’s quarterly State of the Company town halls, including scheduling, agenda-setting, logistics, and follow up.
- Support general coordination and administrative needs and events across teams as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, specifically dealing with C‑Suite.
- Professional, and possess excellent communication skills, as well as self‑motivated and energetic.
- Experience with fast-paced, quickly growing companies/industries is required.
- Very highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Extreme discretion and confidentiality when dealing with business and personal information.
