Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage candidate communication and follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards social media and internal platforms.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment materials including offer letters interview guides and onboarding documentation.
- Support recruitment events and initiatives such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as background checks reference verification and compliance documentation.
- Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR support role.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of automotive industry or IT sector is an advantage but not required.
