Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Manage candidate communication and follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards social media and internal platforms.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment materials including offer letters interview guides and onboarding documentation.
  • Support recruitment events and initiatives such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as background checks reference verification and compliance documentation.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR support role.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry or IT sector is an advantage but not required.
