Join EY as a Corporate Tax Senior in our Business Tax Services practice. This role focuses on providing corporate tax planning and compliance services for private companies. Location
Anywhere in the Country. Travel may be required. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for U.S. corporations and some partnerships, including foreign reporting requirements. Provide tax research, drafting of memoranda, and quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services. Identify and communicate significant tax matters to partners and senior managers. Build and maintain client relationships and collaborate with other service lines. Present complex tax issues to non‑tax professionals and clients. Maintain technical knowledge and share best practices. Identify and mitigate risks to improve services and processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with tax, business, or financial planning experience. Eligibility for CPA certification or bar membership. Prior experience with ASC 740 tax provisions. Minimum 3 years in professional services or a professional tax organization. Proficiency with tax software such as RIA, CCH IntelliConnect, OneSource, BNA, or Lexis Nexis. Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed. Benefits
