What to Expect
Develop account plans for new and existing small to mid-sized corporate accounts within the assigned territory
Actively prospect for new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing and account renewal
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
What is Required
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies (less than $500M in revenue)
Experience selling to C-level executives with a consultative and value-based approach
Strong commitment to the company's mission and understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations
Ability to develop and execute account plans independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure
Capability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments to achieve shared goals
