What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing
Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies using a consultative approach
Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling to C-level executives and identifying business challenges
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal department operations
Ability to develop and execute account plans and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Experience in the corporate sector with a demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle
Eagerness to contribute to refining sales strategies and enhancing team culture
Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Familiarity with legal solutions and workflow tools
