Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive

Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Overview Our client is seeking a skilled and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive to manage a diverse book of business and deliver exceptional service to their commercial clients.
Book Details
Annual book size: $2–5M+ in premium
Account premiums range from $25K to $1M
Mix of industries: general commercial, property, construction, restaurants, E&O (white-collar), and blue-collar businesses
Responsibilities
Manage and service assigned commercial accounts with a focus on retention and client satisfaction
Handle renewals, marketing, policy changes, and coverage reviews
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with producers and carriers to ensure timely, accurate policy delivery
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty license
3+ years of commercial lines account management experience
Strong knowledge of carrier systems and commercial coverages
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
