About the Role

The Company is seeking an inspirational Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its organization. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong passion for the mission and vision of the organization, which is dedicated to empowering girls to become confident, courageous, and character-driven leaders. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and overall management in alignment with the organization's goals. This includes working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and community partners to drive impact, financial sustainability, and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of executive experience, a proven track record in strategic planning, and a commitment to promoting an equitable and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities for the CEO include serving as the public face of the organization, advocating for its mission, and ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and governance standards. The role also involves developing and executing effective fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors and funding agencies, and overseeing the development of high-quality programs that maximize impact. The candidate should be an accomplished business executive with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead, mentor, and support staff. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a background in the nonprofit sector or a similar organization is essential. The CEO will be expected to foster a positive, inclusive work culture and to recruit and retain a cohesive leadership team that is committed to the organization's mission.
