The Company is seeking a visionary and empathetic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of empowering justice-involved young adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic vision, ensuring its alignment with a new Theory of Change that emphasizes restorative justice, self-knowledge, and healing-centered engagement. This role requires a leader with a strong background in financial management, proven success in fundraising, and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to champion the development and implementation of innovative programs that address the needs of the youth served, while also fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and professional development within the organization.
Key responsibilities for the CEO include maintaining a focus on long-term impact, empowering staff, and cultivating an inclusive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in a nonprofit leadership role, particularly in the youth development or social justice space, and a track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships. They should be adept at serving as the primary spokesperson for the organization, with strong public speaking and advocacy skills.
