A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management, specializing in alternative asset management and capital markets solutions, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end recruiting process within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
Base Pay Range
$30.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and professionalism
- Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking
- Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high‑touch experience
- Track candidate progress and maintain data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse) and other systems
- Drive operational excellence by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
- Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience
- Partner with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management and diversity recruiting initiatives
- Support the execution of campus and experienced hire events, both virtual and in‑person
- Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives that advance Human Capital priorities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles, ideally within a fast‑paced corporate or financial services environment
- Experience with Greenhouse (or other ATS platforms) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Compensation
Pay Rate: $30 – $45/hr, DOE
