Responsibilities

Join the Building Mechanical team to deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for heavy industrial clients.

Perform field investigations, interface with clients and vendors, size and select equipment, and prepare construction design packages.

Manage the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, understanding client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

Collaborate with a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to meet client needs.

Contribute to layout and design of HVAC systems, development of design criteria, conceptual and final design documents, and coordination with other disciplines.

Requirements / Qualifications

Professional Engineering License.

At least ten (10) years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.

Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.

Preferred / Additional

Software experience in Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.

Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems.

The base salary range for this position is $123,600.00 to $162,300.00, with pay determined by work location and other factors such as skills and education.
