Jerry.ai is looking for a
Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth
to help scale our core insurance business. In this high-visibility role, you will report to the VP of Insurance Operations and own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience and drive outcomes for our insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion). This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategy of a category-defining fintech company at scale. Jerry.ai is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc. – a $2T market in the U.S. Since 2019, we’ve launched loan refinancing, driving insights, repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot & voicebot, and have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240M in funding, and grown our revenue 60X and our team to 225 across 6 countries. Responsibilities
Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to deliver a seamless user experience and drive key outcomes for the insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion). Scale the business from 5M to 50M customers and contribute to the company’s goal of becoming a $10B business. Define and implement growth and automation initiatives to optimize marketplace operations and partner performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc.). 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group preferred). Track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams. Who You Are

You are comfortable communicating with audiences ranging from technical stakeholders and business partners to the company’s C-suite.
