Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for data integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. Leverage tools and platforms including Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases to build scalable data solutions. Implement and maintain data fabric architectures to ensure streamlined data access, efficient management, and enhanced performance. Identify opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and automation across the data lifecycle. Facilitate deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring data quality and compatibility with analytics infrastructure. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely, impactful analytics and reports. Required Skills And Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline creation. Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. Experience in data cleaning, harmonization techniques, and managing complex data integrations. Understanding of data fabric concepts and related implementations. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines for AI and analytics projects. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing teams; senior-level judgment and accountability in projects or initiatives. Preferred Skills
Experience deploying and managing data solutions within Azure AI, Azure ML, or related AI/ML environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD) for data solutions. Azure Data Engineering or related Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate). Background in business analytics to enhance strategic alignment of technical solutions. Active participation in data engineering and AI communities; awareness of emerging trends. Prior experience in professional services or consultancy environments.
