The AI Transformation team will build on Crowe’s AI foundation, combining Generative AI, Machine Learning and Software Engineering to empower Crowe clients to transform their business models through AI, irrespective of current AI adoption stage. As a member of AI Transformation, you will help distinguish Crowe in the market and drive the firm’s technology and innovation strategy. Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes that enable data integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Leverage tools and platforms including Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases to build scalable data solutions. Implement and maintain data fabric architectures to ensure streamlined data access, efficient management, and enhanced performance. Identify opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and automation across the data lifecycle. Facilitate deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring data quality and compatibility with analytics infrastructure. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely, impactful analytics and reports. Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline creation. Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. Experience in data cleaning, harmonization techniques, and managing complex data integrations. Solid understanding of data fabric concepts and related implementations. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines for AI and analytics projects. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs. Experience in team leadership, mentorship, or people management; ability to guide projects with senior-level judgment and accountability. Preferred Skills
Experience deploying and managing data solutions within Azure AI, Azure ML, or related AI/ML environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD for data solutions. Azure Data Engineer certifications or related Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate). Background in business analytics to align technical solutions with business strategy. Active participation or interest in data engineering and AI communities; keeping up with trends and technologies. Previous experience in professional services or consultancy environments. The wage range reflects various factors including skills, experience, and location. Current estimate: $104,500.00 - $208,300.00 per year.
