Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes that enable the seamless integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation of data. Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Leverage advanced tools and platforms including Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases to build scalable data solutions. Implement and maintain data fabric architectures to ensure streamlined data access, efficient management, and enhanced performance. Proactively identify opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and automation across the data lifecycle. Facilitate the deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring data quality and compatibility with established analytics infrastructure. Engage regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely, impactful analytics and reports. Required Skills And Experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline creation. Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. Demonstrated expertise in data cleaning, harmonization techniques, and managing complex data integrations. Solid understanding of data fabric concepts and experience with related implementations. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines for AI and analytics projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of collaborating effectively in agile, cross-functional team environments. Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs. Proven experience in team leadership, mentorship, or people management Experience guiding projects or initiatives that showcase senior-level judgment and accountability Preferred Skills

Experience deploying and managing data solutions within Azure AI, Azure ML, or related AI/ML environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices, especially CI/CD for data solutions. Certifications in Azure Data Engineering or related Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate). Strong background or experience in business analytics, enhancing the strategic alignment of technical solutions. Active participation or interest in data engineering and AI communities, keeping ahead of emerging trends and technologies. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,500.00 - $208,300.00 per year.
